Cupid’s Arrow Cocktail

Making and perfecting cocktails is one of my favorite things to do, and this is definitely my signature drink! This delicious raspberry drink is my mom’s absolute favorite - and since her birthday is 2 days before Valentine’s Day, her favorite color is pink, and her favorite flavor is raspberry - clearly there was no better choice for our Valentines concoction. It is such a simple recipe, but you can really elevate the drink by using a chilled glass and by infusing your own vodka. All you have to do is put raspberries or strawberries in a mason jar with vodka and store for at least 24 hours in a cool dry place - and voila!

Ingredients:

• 2oz. of strawberry or raspberry infused (or flavored) vodka

• 1 oz. regular vodka

• 10-12 raspberries

• 2 oz. of peach juice

• 1 oz. simple syrup

Instructions:

1. In a small glass, pour simple syrup and add your raspberries

2. Muddle the raspberries and simple syrup together

3. Fill your shaker about a quarter of the way with ice

4. Pour in your vodka(s) and peach juice

5. Add raspberry/simple syrup mixture and shake!

6. Strain into coupe glass

7. Garnish with some raspberries!
